Pattern is written using standard US stitches. Easy pattern.
GAUGE:
Gauge is very important for proper sizing of the hat. Please take the time to check for proper gauge and adjust yarn or hook size as necessary.
Hat Gauge: 14 hdc and 13 rows = 4” worked in the round with smaller hook. If you cannot get row gauge, add or remove rounds to stated finished size length. Stitch gauge should not be adjusted.
Brim Gauge: 9½ pattern repeats and 18 rows = 4”
Cowl Gauge: 8 pattern repeats and 17 rows = 4” with larger hook.
