I Love this Cotton! (100% cotton; 180 yards 165 meters/3.5 ounces 100 grams), worsted weight (4) or equivalent:

• #2 Black, 35 yards
• #60 Red, 70 yards
Rattle
• #2 Black, 35 yards
• #60 Red, 70 yards

HOOK:

US size G (4 mm) or size needed to obtain correct gauge

OTHER/NOTIONS:

Other: Stitch markers, yarn needle

Bib only; 1” square Velcro (hook and loop), matching thread and needle

Rattle only; small plastic container (a 2” mint container is perfect), beads, duct tape, crinkle paper such as the plastic lining from a cereal box (cut to size), poly-fiberfill

NOTES:

Pattern is written using standard US stitches. Easy.

GAUGE:

Exact gauge is not important. If your gauge is close to stated gauge, your final bib and rattle will be close to stated size. Gauge check points given in pattern. Round 4, 2.5″
